Warranty

We warrant that all products are Brand New and free from defective material and defective workmanship and we agree to replace or repair any part that proves to be defective.

However, this warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, incorrect assembly, improper and irregular maintenance, or accident or collision.

This policy does not apply to damaged or incorrect installation.
Professional installation is highly recommended and we may request a receipt if required in order to honor the warranty. 

Please verify suitability to your application prior to purchase, incorrect purchases are non refundable.

Unless otherwise stated on the Site, all products sold by TAS Autosport are sold under the manufacturer’s warranty and conditions from the date of purchase.

Replacement products or refund (including shipping) will be provided by TAS Autosport where:

a) The product is faulty or not of acceptable quality; or
b) The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
c) The product does not match the sample or the descriptions; or
d) The product was damaged during delivery; and
e) You can provide proof of purchase with the TAS Autsport receipt

Replacement product or refund will only be completed upon receipt and inspection of items that are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Where a warranty fault has been recognised and accepted by us, shipping expenses will be refunded. For any replacements where the shipping expense is being covered by TAS Autosport, the original shipping address will be used.

Exchanges will only be provided on products that are clean, unused and in a saleable condition. This means that the product must be in its original packaging, including manuals and all accessories, and the product(s) is unopened, unused and in its original condition. All electrical components cannot be returned if packaging seal is broken.

If you receive an incorrect or faulty product please contact us within 14 days of delivery here.

While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item listings is unintentional.

We are not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods in transit - but we can assist the carrier to resolve shipping issues.

Tas Autosport Acc will not be held responsible for any incident or any accident or damages related to the use or misuse of this product under any circumstances, being the vehicle, equipment or persons involved.
