RETURNS POLICY

ORDER CANCELLATION
Not all items purchased from TAS Autosport can be cancelled.
Items that are not in stock in with TAS Autosport that require ordering from an international supplier cannot be cancelled once they are in transit.
Items that are "made to order" or "special order" cannot be cancelled once an order has been placed.
All orders that have been processed by TAS Autosport will incur a 10% administration fee. Alternatively you can choose to receive a full store credit for 100% of the transaction amount.

 
ZIP / PAYPAL TRANSACTIONAL COSTS
Due to the associated transactional costs from the use of, Zip and any order cancelled using these payment methods will attract an additional 10% processing fee. Paypal orders will incur an additional 2.5% fee.
Swapping to another product with TAS Autosport will not attract any cancellation fee. Please note that cancellation fees if applicable are added to the 10% administration fee.
THIS IS NON-REFUNDABLE, please enquire about stock lead times before purchasing.

RETURNS
TAS Autosport abides by Australian Consumer Law. Please choose your products carefully as TAS Autosport can refuse a refund on processed and dispatched orders.

You are NOT entitled to a refund if you have changed your mind, ordered the parts incorrectly or have found the product cheaper elsewhere.
To organise a return, you will need to firstly contact TAS Autosport by phone or email only to return your item. Returned items must be:
  • Brand new
  • Unused
  • In the original packaging
  • Received within 14 days of the original purchase

In most cases we will ask for photo evidence to show the product is still as it was originally delivered.
All returns will be subject to a 25% return fee if a refund is requested.
You can opt to instead receive a store credit for 100% of the original purchase amount.
If TAS Autosport approves your return request you will be provided with an RAN number.
Use this as your reference number in all future communication with TAS Autosport regarding your return.
Once you are given an RAN number by TAS Autosport, you will then be responsible for shipping the item back to us.
Ensure you use a courier service with tracking capabilities and insurance options and that the item is packaged well and securely and will not deteriorate or get damaged. TAS Autosport is not responsible for any loss or damage for the product during transit.
The item must be returned in perfect original condition including its original packaging for a return to complete.
Affix the RMA Number and send back to the address TAS Autosport has communicated via email.
All returns will be processed within 5 business days of the item being received.
If the product packaging has been opened or damaged a repacking / re-boxing fee may apply, or refusal of the refund or exchange.

Goods will not be accepted back if there is not a processed Return Authority Form attached to the product at the time of return to the specified return address given by TAS Autosport.

Please note shipping costs in your original purchase will not be refunded. Discounts / discount codes can not be returned and vouchers are non refundable.

 
INCORRECTLY SENT ITEMS
Any incorrect items sent by TAS Autosport or its suppliers will be rectified at no cost to the customer. If you receive an incorrect item, you will need to contact sales@tasautosport.com.au with your order number and images of the incorrect item received. TAS Autosport will organise for the incorrect item to be collected from you and will organise the correct item to be sent. Please note the incorrect product must be received back in brand new, unused condition before the correct product is sent.
TAS Autosport will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary labour charges or loss of profits due to an incorrectly shipped item. TAS Autosport will also not cover any labour charges to modify an item to fit without prior approval.
TAS Autosport strongly advises all customers to check their received items as per their order confirmation before installation. TAS Autosport holds the right to refuse the return of any incorrectly sent products if they have been used, installed or damaged in any way.


WARRANTY
All potential warranty claims must be sent to sales@tasautosport.com.au with your order number and product issue. In most cases, TAS Autosport will require photo or video evidence of the issue to forward onto the manufacturer before the item is returned. We reserve the right to deny your warranty claim based on this evidence, if we or the manufacturer deem it as not a manufacturing defect.
A warranty is deemed if the product is compromised or the goods fail to operate in accordance with their specification or duration period by a defect in the manufacturer's quality, material or workmanship.

Please note product is not warrantable if it has failed due to another variable such as but not limited to Contamination, foreign matter impacting or affecting the product, being used outside of the manufacturer's recommended conditions and specifications, incorrect use, handling, installation or fitment.

If an immediate substitute part is required, the replacement item plus freight costs will need to be purchased by the customer again until the warranty claim can be fully processed by the manufacturer/supplier.

TAS Autosport is not liable for any other labour cost or cost associated with replacing the defective product, however, we will try our best to see you are somewhat compensated and aren’t out of pocket from manufacturer/supplier terms and conditions.

Goods will not be accepted back if are return has not been approved by TAS Autosport prior to being sent back.
